A fun festival in less than two weeks comes to Las Colinas on the shores of Lake Carolyn. Four outstanding comedians perform on stage for two hours Friday evening, September 4, against a backdrop of live music. Laughs by the Lake is the largest outdoor comedy show in North Texas . . . and it’s free! Lake Carolyn is located at 501 E. Las Colinas Blvd., a short 5 minute drive from Comfort Suites Las Colinas. The festival opens at 7 p.m. and ends at 10 pm. As a Comfort Suites Las Colinas guest, you can get a free shuttle ride to the festival before 8 p.m., but the return trip is on your own. If you elect to drive, free parking near festival grounds opens at 6 p.m.
